Full-Cycle Bookkeeping

Synergetic can assist small to medium sized businesses organize financial statements, bring their bookkeeping and filing up to date; plus help put an organized system in place that is easy to follow.

This includes:

• entering all sales/payment and purchase/payment transactions
• entering all payroll transactions and taking care of year end T4’s, T4A’s and summaries
• reconciling all banking and credit card statements
• reconciling EHT and WSIB
• making any and all monthly general journal transactions and adjustments
• running all financial reports when required
• preparation of all year end documentation for your accountant, answering all their accounting questions, entering all year end adjusting entries
• if required, collecting overdue accounts

Forensic Bookkeeping

Sometimes unexpected things happen and your accounting files have been completed incorrectly or something has happened to corrupt the information and it must be all looked over and entered correctly. We have had much experience in this area, the client feels that everything has been going properly for years only to find out that it hasn’t and it needs to be fixed but they don’t know where or how to start. That’s where we come in, we will fix it and work closely with you to show you and help you to understand where it all went wrong. This can sometimes be a big project but there is a feeling of satisfaction and confidence that comes with its completion, when you know that everything is finally right in your business world.
